Better Business Bureau (BBB), the BBB Torch logo and BBBOnLine are Federally registered service marks owned by the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. These marks may be used by chartered Better Business Bureaus. It is Council's policy to take action against all unauthorized use of its marks.

Members of the BBB who participate in certain BBB programs, under license and specific restrictions, may utilize given BBB program identifiers.
